Brian Chastain
Formally educated with an undergrad Construction Administration and an MBA from Middle Tennessee State, Brian has been overseeing the construction
of several communities in Middle Tennessee for the last seven years. With a focus on effective customer communication,
every Parkside Builders customer benefits from his organization and communication of every important detail found in the
Parkside SYSTEM of construction. Brian is married to Jessica and is the proud father to daughter, Hailey and two sons, Braden and Blake.
Randy Chastain
Randy brings an extensive development and construction background to Parkside Builders. With more than 30 years
of construction and design experience, Parkside builds on the satisfaction of several thousand customers
with lifestyle home products in Florida and Tennessee. Receiving state awards in Florida for "Best Development
Practices" and Award of Excellence for Best Community, all Parkside Builders Communities bear this unique signature
of design efficiency, environmental protection and architectural significance.
Our Sales Team:
Steve Luther
Stephen graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.B.A. in Information Systems, and spent almost 10 years in management roles in the technology industry prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2002. He has since earned his Broker’s license and numerous professional designations: including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), ePRO Internet Professional, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Residential Finance Specialist (CRFS), Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), ecoBroker, and several others. Through his education and years of experience, Steve has developed a solid background in sales, marketing, technology, and finance.
Ashley O’nuki
Ashley graduated with Honors from Michigan State University with two degrees, one in Japanese with a Specialization in Asian Studies and the other in International Studies with a cognate in Geography. She began her career in real estate in 2009 and was quickly named the 2009 “Rookie of the Year” for highest sales volume by a newly licensed agent in her market center. In 2010, she was appointed the 2011 Women’s Council of Realtors Sumner County Chapter President. She also joined the million dollar club based on her sales volume. Ashley has a passion for working with first-time home buyers and culturally-diverse clients, and she speaks fluent Japanese. Her clients praise her for her determination, passion, focus, and for having the heart of a teacher.
