Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a friendly consultation. You’ll meet with our dedicated Community Sales Manager to explore our available floor plans, community features, and homesites. We’ll take the time to understand your needs, preferences, and budget to help you find the perfect fit.
Select Your Homesite and Floor Plan
Once you’ve chosen the ideal location, you’ll pick the floor plan that best suits your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for a cozy cottage or a spacious townhome, we’ll help you find the perfect layout.
Personalize Your Home at the Design Center
This is where the fun begins! You’ll meet with our Design Center Manager, Jessica, who will guide you through selecting finishes, fixtures, colors, and upgrades. With her expertise, you’ll create a home that reflects your unique style while staying on budget. If you’ve selected one of her pre-designed plans, you can sit back and relax, as this step has been done for you!
Contract and Financing
After finalizing your design selections, you’ll sign our Sales & Purchase Agreement and use our easy online pay feature to pay your Earnest Money online – no need for checks! If financing is needed, one of our Preferred Lender can assist you in securing a loan with competitive rates, simplifying the process.
Construction Phase
Now it’s time to watch your dream home come to life! You’ll receive updates throughout the building process, including key milestones like framing, electrical work, and finishing touches. Our team is here to answer your questions and keep you informed every step of the way.
Home Orientation
Before closing, you’ll participate in a detailed walkthrough of your new home with our construction team. We’ll ensure every detail meets your expectations and address any questions or final touches needed.
Closing Day
The big day is here! Once all paperwork is complete, you’ll receive the keys to your brand-new home. It’s time to celebrate and start making memories.
Post-Move Support
Our commitment to you doesn’t end at closing. We’re here to support you with any questions or warranty needs after you’ve moved in, ensuring your peace of mind.
