Parkside Builders, in partnership with Foothills Title Services, invites real estate professionals to attend a 1031 Exchange Continuing Education course hosted at our Givens Park community in East Brainerd.

This two hour CE course provides a clear and practical overview of 1031 Exchanges, including how they work, key requirements, common misconceptions, and how realtors can confidently guide clients through investment focused transactions. Whether you work frequently with investors or want to expand your knowledge, this course offers valuable insight you can immediately apply to your business.

The course will be led by industry expert Troy Brown, with guest speaker Erica Stone, and is approved for two hours of continuing education credit. Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided during the course.
