Parkside Builders, in partnership with Foothills Title Services, invites real estate professionals to attend a 1031 Exchange Continuing Education course at our Anderson Park community in Hendersonville, TN.

This two hour CE course offers a clear and straightforward look at 1031 Exchanges, covering eligibility requirements, timelines, common pitfalls, and how realtors can better serve clients navigating investment transactions. Whether you regularly work with investors or want to strengthen your understanding of exchange opportunities, this course delivers valuable, real world knowledge you can put to use immediately.

The course will be led by industry expert Troy Brown, with guest speaker Erica Stone, and is approved for two hours of continuing education credit. Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided during the course.
