Community Holiday Lights Contest
It's time to celebrate the holiday season, and what better way to spread cheer than by transforming your home into a festive display that can be seen from space! Whether you love classic white lights or bold colorful themes, we want to see your creativity glow.
Parkside Builders is hosting a friendly Holiday Lights Contest across three of our communities this year: Anderson Park, Oxford Station and Mill Town. The top three homes with the most spirited and impressive decorations will win a cash prize.
Cash Prizes
- First Place - $200 Visa Gift Card
- Second Place - $100 Visa Gift Card
- Third Place - $50 Visa Gift Card
Important Dates
- All lights must be up by Wednesday, December 17, 2025
- Judging and photos will take place Friday, December 19, 2025
- Winners will be announced Monday, December 29, 2025

Contest open only to homeowners in Anderson Park, Oxford Station and Mill Town. Homes must be fully decorated by the listed deadline to qualify. Decorations will be judged by Parkside Builders staff based on creativity, overall presentation and holiday spirit. Prizes are awarded to the top three homes in each community. Parkside Builders reserve the right to use event photos for marketing and community engagement purposes.
