- 01 | The Parks of Mill Town - Tour Parkside Builders' model home, enjoy a refreshing summer mocktail and food from TacoNooga and Cupcake Kitchen, pick up a complimentary swag bag, and meet the team from The Flying Pickle.
- 02 | The Flats at Mill Town - Tour the Flats model home while enjoying several of Chattanooga's favorite food trucks.
- 03 | The Coosa Lofts - Walk through the historic Coosa Mill, explore the grand entrance, and enjoy rooftop views with live music and beverages.
