Learn how THDA down payment assistance and financing programs work, who may qualify and what options are available for new construction homes, including reduced rate mortgage opportunities for eligible teachers, healthcare workers, military members and first responders.

You'll hear directly from Toumie Parrot, AMP, Customer Account Manager with THDA, and Dan Dalton, Branch Manager with NFM Lending, with time to ask questions and learn which resources may be worth exploring as you plan your path to homeownership.
